Patient Journey
New Features and Improvements
Patient Identity
- The Universal Identity platform's newest feature automatically cleans up all outdated Match – Same Source tasks. This ensures that your stewardship team will only focus on relevant tasks. For more information, refer to this documentation.
- To make searching for patient records more convenient, you can now filter for the desired source in the Universal Identity Platform UI.
- When you accept a Rejected Overlay, we automatically update the task's status, resolution, and assignee. The status changes to Closed, the resolution to Same Person, and the assignee to the user who is currently logged in.
- You now have the ability to assign tasks to your team of data stewards in bulk. The tasks will be distributed in a round-robin manner, ensuring a fair and equal distribution among the stewards.
- The Universal Identity user interface has been updated to retain user selections for the Show History and View Options features throughout the session, even as users switch between tasks.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the most recently asserted name of the patient was not displayed on the Identity View.
- Fixed an issue where only the 10 most recent tasks associated with a patient were displayed in the Tasks Associated with Link ID section. We now display all tasks.
- The default start time and end time in the filters on the task queues have been updated to 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM, respectively.
- Fixed an issue where redundant overlays were being created with every incoming post, even if the patient demographics were identical. This occurred when the postIdentity payload had attribute clusters that lacked values.
