Patient Journey

The Universal Identity user interface has been updated to allow stewards to view records associated with the two patient identities (Link IDs) when attempting to link them. This change makes it easier to determine which of the two identities should be retained after the link operation.

Fixed an issue with our Stale Task cleanup logic. Previously, in some scenarios, this logic would automatically close an existing task and create a new one with the same set of patient records.
Fixed an issue where an update to a record with a missing SSN, where a dummy placeholder name (such as BABY or MINOR) was replaced with another dummy placeholder name, would trigger an overlay.

Providers can now be searched solely by NPI, license number, or phone number. Additionally, the second address line is not required to search for provider addresses. This expands the ability to search creating more a functional experience when looking for providers and organizations.
With the release of high frequency data ingestion of state license data in June, we have improved some merging logic to accommodate the additional license fields from the June release.
