New Verato Login Experience

Verato has implemented a new login experience for all new and existing users. 

New User Enrollment

To enroll in the new experience and create your credentials, Verato creates a new account for you to use to sign in to the Verato Universal Identity platform. You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.

  1. In the email, click Activate Verato Account. Note this link expires in 7 days. 
  2. Follow the prompts to set up your password and security question. 
  3. After setting up your security question, click Verify.
    You are redirected to the Verato Universal Identity platform login page.

Once you have created your password and enrolled, follow the steps below to log in. 

New User Login

On the login page:

  1. Type your Verato Username and then click Next. Ensure you type the exact username provided in the activation email.
  2. Type the Password you configured in the New User Enrollment, and then click Sign In. 
  3. To verify with email authentication, click Send me the code. 
  4. Go to your email and look for the one-time verification code sent from Verato.
  5. Type the Verification Code on the login page, and then click Verify.

Forgot Password

In the event you forget your Verato password:

  1. On the Verato login page, click Need help signing in? and then click Forgot password?
  2. Type your Username, and then click Reset via Email.
  3. Go to your email and look for the Account password reset email sent from Verato. In the email, click Reset Password.
  4. Follow the prompts to answer your security question and reset your password. 
  5. To verify with email authentication, click Send me the code. 
  6. Go to your email and look for the one-time verification code sent from Verato.
  7. Type the Verification Code on the login page, and then click Verify.

Change Password

To change your Verato password at any time:

  1. From the Verato Universal Identity user interface, in the top-right corner click your Username, and then click Change password.
  2. Follow the prompts to provide a new password, and then click Change password.

You will receive an email verifying you've changed your password.

If you receive this email and you did not request a password change, please follow instructions in the email provided to report suspicious activity to our security team.

User Login with Customer IDP

If you have your own Identity Provider (IDP) connected to your Verato login:

  1. On the Verato login page, type your Username and then click Next.
  2. Follow the prompts to log in to your IDP. 
    You will be redirected automatically to the Verato Universal Identity user interface.

Verato to Support Portal Workflow

Currently, your login information for the Support Portal has not changed and is not connected to your Verato Universal Identity login.
