Patient Journey
Bug Fixes

Provider
New Features and Improvements
-
Contact Information data clusters will now be returning address verification information the same as the address attribute cluster does when a user has address verification. When data is submitted in the contact information cluster and a customer has address verification, then this verification enrichment information will populate the data submitted in the contact information cluster.
- Address verification information is also available in the source view and the Fields and Edit history section of an identity. The source view displays the verification code and description.
- The data displayed in Fields and Edit History includes:
- RDI (Residential Delivery Indicator)
- Geolocation
- Latitude
- Longitude
- Precision
- DPV Match Code: the code indicating if the address could be verified and the verification.
- DPV Verification Description - the description of the verification match code.
- Additional statuses are now being returned from APIs where users have address verification.
- Given an invalid address is sent to Verato by a user that has address verification then the API returns “unverified”.
- Given a valid address is submitted but address verification is experiencing an outage and cannot verify the address then “Could not connect to the address verification service” is returned.
Bug Fixes
- Delivery_Point_Barcode from address verification was improperly named, it will now be Delivery_Point in the API response.

Release Date: May 7, 2024
New Features and Improvements
Enrich has been updated with the Q1 2024 data set which includes 323+ million identities. Updates to individual attributes include the following:
-
All Affinity Attributes – The values for all of the affinity attributes are no longer a range from 0-9, the new possible values are 1-3, where:
- Value of 1 indicates a low interest in the affinity.
- Value of 2 indicates a medium interest in the affinity.
- Value of 3 indicates a high interest in the affinity.
- Phone Numbers – A new phone number validation process now validates that a phone number is currently active and connected with the individual, improving the expected accuracy to 95%+. This release of Enrich will include validated mobile phone numbers, with landline phone numbers expected to be validated in the Q3 2024 release. Most phone numbers removed in this release were additional (i.e., 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.) "inactive" phone numbers connected to the individual.
