The Verato App for Salesforce is an application developed by Verato in partnership with Salesforce to enhance the efficiency of your organization's daily workflows. It enables seamless integration of Verato's technology with Salesforce.
The Verato app is available as a Salesforce AppExchange Listing. AppExchange is Salesforce's marketplace for third-party applications and integrations.

What are the benefits of using the Verato App for Salesforce?
The Verato App allows Salesforce users and data stewards to have access to the foundational range of Verato hMDM capabilities within Salesforce. Users will be able to search for identities across Verato and Salesforce instances, view summarized identity data information, manage identity records within both systems, and automate the process of syncing identity data between Verato and Salesforce.
Additionally, the app includes a package logs feature to optimize debugging and oversee user actions within the Verato App effectively.

Security & Compliance
To effectively provide identity information in a secure manner, the Verato App for Salesforce was built on the same Security & Compliance standards as our platform. The security layers of the Verato App include the use of firewalls, Mutual TLS Authentication, users and passwords among others protocols.
What is not available in the Verato App for Salesforce?
The Verato App for Salesforce does not include performance reports and advanced UMPI capabilities.

The Verato App for Salesforce allows customers to integrate with Sales Cloud, Health Cloud and Service Cloud for data mapping. Users can also customize and tailor Salesforce fields to meet their organization's requirements.
