FAQ's about Verato's Release Notes

1. When, how, and who are being notified about Verato releases/upgrades and receiving associated release notes?

When - Release notes are generally available the 2nd full week of every month.

Note: There are monthly (minor updates) and 3 major releases a year.

How – Release notes are accessed through our support portal (you must log in) Here is a link to the Release Notes section.

Who – Those who have access to the release notes simply click the “Follow” button to receive notification of new availability of release notes generally 1 week prior to the actual monthly release which happens on the 3rd week of every month.

Note: An email gets sent 7 days in advance regarding each maintenance window that includes a link to the release notes and any expectation or impact on operations.

2. What version are we on now and can we have the relevant release notes?

With monthly releases, the version that you are on is based on the current month and year. Example: “November 2024” release.

3. Do we have access to the release notes of the previous versions?

Yes, previous release notes are listed below the current release notes at the top.
