Patient Journey

New Features and Improvements

  • Override Rules now allow for specific clusters to be used for overriding match decisions through customizable filters based on any cluster attribute
  • Support for specifying cardinality on values used in Householding, enabling more accurate grouping by allowing multiple cluster values to be considered (from the most recent “n” to all available values).
  • The system now allows for the definition of value priorities within each source, enabling more accurate household compositions by prioritizing the most relevant demographic attributes.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where two records from the same source could be linked even when the configuration was set to disallow same source auto-linking. The mergeIdentities and linkIdentities APIs have been enhanced to blocks these links based on "Prevented Match – Same Source" configuration.
  • Fixed an issue where spaces in Alternate or External Identifiers impacted search accuracy.
  • Fixed an issue where duplicate household assignment notifications were sent even when the household ID didn’t change.
  • Fixed an issue where some task types weren’t respecting the uppercase source normalization setting.

Patient Journey & Provider

New Features and Improvements

  • The system now supports configurable enhanced overlay processing. When this feature is enabled and an overlay is applied, the system marks existing cluster values from the original S+N as inactive—effectively removing them from future matching. The record is also re-augmented and matched again against all identities across the customer stack.

  • SFTP uploads now supported up to 5 GB file size per file upload.

Enrich

New Features and Improvements

  • Enrich has been updated with the Q1 2025 data set, which includes 360+ million identities.
  • As Verato continues its progression toward becoming a comprehensive MDM platform—expanding beyond the management of patient records — related details have been updated accordingly. In the 2.2 Enrich Data segments, fill rate has been added alongside number of identities, providing deeper insight into the data being offered.
  • Validated PII increased by more than 7% and is now at 266MM. This increase brings our Validated PII to within 98% of the reported adults in the US. Validated PII is identified in our tables where NationalConsumerDatabase = 1.
