Yes. Upgrades occur in the background to minimize disruption. If you have specific timing concerns, inform your Customer Success Manager and they will accommodate your needs in the final schedule.

Yes. Verato will share validation templates to help you confirm data integrity and functionality. These are optional.
Minimal. Required actions:
- Confirm user roles/permissions via a Verato-created support ticket
- Help users familiarize with the new UI (training video, info sessions, office hours)
- Ensure stakeholders are informed of process changes
Optional:
- Validate workflows using provided templates

Lower environments (dev/test) are upgraded first to validate before production. A rollback process is available if needed.
Technical Details
Your identity source records do not need to be transferred. Only stewardship task data is migrated — and Verato handles this automatically. No action needed on your part.

- UI login URL — will change. Verato will provide the new URL and credentials when it's your turn.
- API URLs — stay the same.
- IP allow-lists — Verato will provide updated IPs if needed; your IPs on Verato's allow-list carry over.
No. Your Auto-Steward setup stays the same. Future enhancements may add UI/dashboard features, but current integrations are unaffected.
UI and Reporting
Yes. The new UI provides enhanced stewardship workflows, AI-powered recommendations, and more detailed analytics. Familiar in structure, but with new orchestration and governance capabilities.
Yes. A self-service insights layer supports advanced analytics and data quality reports. The Cohort Analyzer (advanced option) supports export to Excel, .csv, or .txt, and can schedule reports to SFTP or S3. Contact your Customer Success Manager for details.
Yes. Customized reports, SFTP reports, and emailed reports will be migrated to the new insights layer.
