Using the Task Dashboard

The Task Dashboard provides the following automatic, ready-made snapshots and performance reports. 

Scorecards

Scorecards are displayed at the top of the dashboard and allow you to view the following metrics:

  • Open tasks
  • Tasks in progress
  • Tasks open for more than 30 days
  • Deferred tasks
  • Total number of tasks
  • Total number of closed tasks

Tasks Generated Over Time

You can view tasks generated within a specific date range, by facility, or user, at the granularity of months, weeks, days, or hours by selecting your preferred parameters in the Source, Time Breakdown, and Date Range fields.

Tasks by Category

This section provides a visual representation of Tasks by Category by status. To change the status, click the Status dropdown. The following options are available:

  • All
  • Completed
  • In-Progress
  • Deferred
  • Closed

Steward Workload

This visual allows you to view each steward’s workload by status. To change the status, click the Status dropdown. The following options are available:

  • Completed
  • In-Progress
  • Open
  • Closed

Tasks Completed Over Time

Here you can view completed tasks by selecting months, weeks, days, or hours in the Time Breakdown dropdown.

Tailored Reports

The Tailored Reports page contains dashboards created by the Verato Customer Experience team. Click on a dashboard to open it.
